Description
Position
- Gardener
- Hourly, Seasonal (May - September)
- 20-30 hours in May - June
- 10 hours/week July - September
Tasks
- Planting and maintaining flowers and plants around MBC
- Maintain appearance of all gardens and flower beds through the spring and summer season
- Watering plants and managing irrigation systems
- Weeding, mulching, and fertilizing garden beds as needed
- Ensuring safety by removing debris, fallen branches, or slippery leaves
Requirements
- Mature in conduct.
- Professional in communication, conduct and appearance, a proven problem-solver.
- Guest-focused.
- Comply with the requirements of the Occupational Health and Safety Policy by being aware of your responsibilities and act accordingly; working in the safest possible manner,
- Maintain safe and clean facilities environment by developing, enforcing and complying with procedures, rules and regulations.
- Adherence to the MBC Statement of Faith & Doctrine
Compensation
$17.60 per hour
